INNSEALS manufactures molded seals according to reference samples, customer drawings, or its own technical design. This results in custom sealing solutions that precisely match the installation situation, the medium, and the respective application parameters.

The molded parts can be produced from various elastomers or thermoplastics. Smallest production runs, hand samples from pilot tools, large-scale series, and elastomer-metal compounds as 2K parts are possible.

Molded seals from INNSEALS

Molded seals are used when standard seals are not sufficient in terms of design, geometry, or function. They are individually tailored to the application and can be manufactured according to a sample, drawing, or technical design.

This involves not only the shape itself, but also the material, tolerances, Shore hardness, media resistance, temperature range, manufacturing process, and quantity. INNSEALS supports you from the initial technical assessment through to the right manufacturing solution.

Hose seals

Hose seals are manufactured from compression-molded hose sections and then cut to the required height. This produces seals with compression-molded smooth inner and outer surfaces.

The process enables a sharp-edged design with tight tolerances and is particularly suitable for applications where precise geometry and clean surfaces are important.

LSR molded parts made from Liquid Silicone Rubber

LSR stands for Liquid Silicone Rubber. This process is particularly suitable for molded parts with excellent surface quality and high repeatability.

One advantage of LSR molded parts is that no post-processing is usually required. Due to the higher tooling investment, the process is economically attractive primarily for larger quantities.

Diaphragms

Diaphragms are primarily used in dosing, regulating, and control devices. Depending on the application, a standard diaphragm with a suitable bead, a rolling diaphragm, or a fabric-reinforced diaphragm may be appropriate.

Precise technical coordination is important for selection. Restoring forces, stroke height, damping effect, pressure differentials, avoidance of sharp edges, and other factors influence the subsequent function.

Waterjet and laser-cut parts

Waterjet and laser-cut parts are manufactured from sheet material and are suitable for custom contours and cut-outs. Depending on the application, the parts can also be equipped with self-adhesive film.

This manufacturing method is particularly suitable when flexible geometries, fast implementation, or special material cut-outs are required.

PA seals, FEP parts, and PTFE seals

In addition to conventional elastomer molded parts, INNSEALS also supplies technical sealing solutions made from PA, FEP, and PTFE. These materials are used when special requirements regarding pressure load, chemical resistance, or function apply.

PA seals

PA seals made from polyacrylate are used at high ambient pressures and perform similar functions to back-up rings.

FEP parts

In FEP parts, an FEP jacket protects the seal core from chemical influences. Depending on the application, the core can be made from FPM or VMQ.

PTFE seals

PTFE parts include O-rings, back-up rings in various designs, and molded parts manufactured according to drawings.
